Stormwater management is a key issue impacting local and state government agencies. As urban areas are increasingly developed, the resulting amount of stormwater runoff becomes more difficult to effectively manage. Stormwater systems are often over-burdened, leaving officials with few alternatives to manage the increase in runoff.
